Prior to scheduling we share your photographer's valid ID, vehicle details, proof of insurance, and background check.

Photography and drone capture

We capture drone images of exteriors, land, and landscaping. Then, we take 360-degree images of your property with location and time stamps. Detailed photography of individual valuables, vehicles, and pets is available upon request.

Digital and physical backups plus a virtual 3D model of your interiors

The original, unedited .jpeg files are securely uploaded and shared with you from a link. Additionally, we mail you the physical thumb drive containing all of your files. We also transform your 360-degree images from the interior of your property into a lifelike 3D model with VR capabilities, allowing you to explore it as if you were there.

Photography release form and formal attestation of our services for use in legal dispute

We grant YOU full ownership and privacy rights to your images through a photography release form and send you a legal document certifying that our photos are accurate.
